Dart Foundation - Application

Application

In order to be considered for a grant, organizations must be classified as nonprofit organizations and provide the Dart Foundation with a copy of their IRS determination letter ( Sample determination letter PDF: 56kB ). Upon awarding the grant, the organization is asked to sign and return a grant agreement.

Applicants are encouraged to use the Dart Foundation Application Form and Guidelines ( DOC: 32kB or PDF: 20kB ). Please mail one copy with attachments to:

Deadlines for grants are:

June 15, September 15, December 15, & March 15.

Grant decisions are announced on or about:

July 15, October 15, January 15, & April 15.
